My deepest sympathy and condolences to the Earl family.
My history with Ronnie Earl goes back even before Frito Lay.
When he first moved to Ft. Mill, SC he grew up beside my cousin Scotty Collins who has also passed on.
When Ronnie came to Frito Lay I was one of the ones who trained him as a material handler. As a coworker, he was able to see us through the rough days with his upbeat and easy going personality. He and I worked together for approximately ten years as material handlers. Later, as I became a manager, he was on my weekend shift. I felt fortunate to have him on my team for a few years.
I considered him not only a co-worker but, definitely a friend, as well as, a brother.
