Tracy Stewart Obituary

Tracy Ann Stewart, age 55, of Shelton, passed away peacefully on December 17, 2014 after a courageous battle with brain cancer

She was born on Christmas Day, December 25, 1958 in Chicago, IL

Tracy grew up in Monroe and graduated from Masuk High School She worked for Trumbull School District for 17 years and adored each and every co-worker there

Survived by her beloved husband of 31 years David Stewart, her four loving children, Michelle, Victoria, David, and Joseph Stewart, parents Thomas and Wanda Rhudy of Indianapolis, IN, sister Kimberly and husband Jimmy Longo of Pittsburgh, PA, brother Timothy and wife Joanne Rhudy, brother Kevin and wife Sandy Rhudy, brother David and wife Carla Rhudy, and sister Kelly Rhudy, all of Indianapolis, IN, several nieces and nephews, best friend Barbara Gelozin, and many more friends and relatives

She will be missed by her dog Nicco and four granddogs, Romeo, Ruby, Starla, and Peyton

She was predeceased by brother Thomas Rhudy

The family would also like to give a specials thanks to the nurses and staff at Bridgeport Hospital, Floor 7, for their compassion and care

Friends may greet the family at the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton, on Sunday from 2 to 6 PM On Monday, meet directly at St Lawrence Church, 505 Shelton Ave, Shelton, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Trumbull

Memorial contributions are requested to the Norma F Pfriem Breast Care Center at Bridgeport Hospital, Bridgeport Hospital Foundation, 267 Grant Street, Bridgeport, CT 06610
