Warren Founds Obituary
Funeral services for Warren L. Founds, M.D., 97, of Many, LA, will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at 10:00 AM at First Methodist Church of Many with Bro. Newton "Bo" Horne officiating. Burial will follow in the Many Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Friday, July 7, 2017, at 5:00 PM at First United Methodist Church of Many, LA. Warren L. Founds, M.D. was born on Thursday, February 19, 1920 in Lenni Heights, PA. He passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at his residence in Many, LA. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Founds; parents, Warren Leslie Founds, Sr. and Rachel (Honnor) Founds; brother, Franklin Founds; and grandson, Christian Founds. He is survived by his children: Geoffrey L. Founds and wife Betty of New Orleans, LA, Janice S. Arthur and husband Robert of Many, LA, Dr. Gregory P. Founds and wife Pam of Many, LA, Warren L. Founds, III and wife Ann of Many, LA, Peter Founds and wife Cindy of Many, LA, Elizabeth A. Dowden and husband Don of Kisatchie, LA, and Mary Lou Baughman and husband Chris of Houston, TX; twenty-seven grandchildren, forty-nine great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; loyal friend and helper, Roy Holbert of Florien, LA; along with a host of friends. Pallbearers: Thomas Founds, Read Founds, Chad Gandy, Tory Gandy, Jacob Arthur, Aric Founds, Leif Founds, Adam Founds, Peter Read Founds, Ryan Barnhill, Noah Barnhill, Christopher Baughman, Daniel Baughman, and Tanner Baughman.
