GREENVIEW - Paul Kenneth Kincaid Jr., 80, of Greenview died on Wednesday, March 19, 2008, at Sunny Acres Home in Petersburg.
He was born on Jan. 17, 1928, in Greenview, to Paul Sr. and Florence Johnson Kincaid. He married Norma Butts in 1950. They later divorced.
He is survived by four sons, Michael Kincaid of Springfield, Kevin (Rhonda) Kincaid of Riverton, Kerry (Linda) Kincaid of Tuscola and Randy Kincaid of Springfield; two daughters, Kendra (Dale) Doggett of Greenview and Robin Kincaid of Fairmont; three brothers, James (Jean) Kincaid of Springfield, Victor (Charlotte) Kincaid of Petersburg and Lawrence (Linda) Kincaid of Petersburg; a sister, Martha (Duane) Tisdale of Greenview; 10 grandchildren; and a great grandchild.
One sister preceded him in death.
Mr. Kincaid had worked as a machinist at Caterpillar Inc. in East Peoria, retiring after 32 years. He was a member of Greenview Christian Church.
Mr. Kincaid was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a past member of the Greenview AMVETS.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 24, 2008, at Greenview Christian Church. The Rev. Robert Farthing will be officiating. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, March 23, 2008, at Hurley Funeral Home in Greenview. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
