Janis

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your husband. We met the night of our class reunion. I thought, "what a beautiful couple". I was so happy to see you that night. Then to see you again at the hair salon soon after. It was like being reconnected to my childhood seeing you. We did have fun back in those days. I feel very sad that you have this tremendous loss to bear. Please accept my sincere condolences.

Sincerely

Janice, I am Elisa Forman, daughter of Don and Vivian Parker. We were all so sadden to hear of the passing of Walt. My parents, just loved Walt, you as well Janice. My father knew, " Walt will take care of thing", in regards to any car issues. Now that mom lives alone, this was a particular comfort to them both.

Not that long ago, Mom was driving by your place of business in heavy rain. She pulled into the shop, just plain scared to drive the short distance home ! Both you and Walt jumped into action. Walt took mom home in he car, you followed to give a ride back! This was just one example how you helped my parents over the years!

Please know you are in my thoughts, my dad in particular, is very sad.

Janice, You and Walter have always been a part of our family and always will be! I always looked forward to seeing both of you at Christmas and 4th of July when we would come to Boston to visit my parents. Walter was always an inspiration to me when I started my business and I will never forget that about him. Both you and Walter have always been there for my parents and always generous to my kids and our family. I will miss Walters laugh and his smile, but I will celebrate and cherish the memories we have of him. Our prayers are with you and him!

My parents had been customers of Walt's for over 40 years. My parents have always spoken so highly and fondly of Walt. I'd always hear - "That Walt, he's a good man...:

He was always quick to do them a favor when needed, particularly in the past few years when they've need more help due to advancing age. It was Walt who gave my elderly mother a ride home when she scared to do so due to weather. It was Walt who picked up my parents car to have it inspected and then returned it (because my father, now in a nursing home, could not do it). What an exceptional, kind person.

Janice- My family and I extend our deepest sympathy to you and your family.
