Mildred Boan Obituary

Mildred Boan
CONVERSE, SC-- Mildred Cash Shropshier Boan, 82, widow of Franklin Vernon Boan, died December 15, 2014, at home. She was the daughter of the late Paul Cash and Beulah Wood Cash Keeter. She was a member of Clifton First Baptist Church and retired from Catawba Knit as a cloth inspector.
Mrs. Boan is survived by a daughter, Paulette Shropshier of the home; four sons, William Shropshier and wife, Donna of Boiling Springs, Sherrill Boan and Tommy Boan both of Lugoff, and Wayne Boan of Bethune; a daughter-in-law, Phyllis Shropshier of Spartanburg; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two sons, Barry Shropshier and Frankie L. Boan.
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, December 17, at Sunset Memorial Park officiated by Rev. Brian Harris. The family will receive friends following the service.
Memorials may be made to Clifton First Baptist Church, PO Box 135, Clifton, SC, 29324.
The family will be at their respective homes.
