Joan GUELL Obituary

GUELL, Joan G.

Joan was called home to the Lord on Sunday, April 29, 2018 under the loving care of Hospice House in Spokane. She will be missed by her family but we will take solice that she is healthy once again and tending to Heaven's gardens.
Joan was born on November 20, 1930 in Hamilton, MT to Cletus and Margaret Rademacher. The following year they moved back home to Liberty Lake where she lived basically her entire life. The many stories of life at Liberty Lake in the 30s and 40s will be fondly remembered by her family. She became secretary at St. Mary's Catholic Church in the mid 1970s until she retired in 2000. She spent the last years of her life enjoying the view of the lake and watching her favorite Gonzaga Mens basketball and Seattle Mariners.
Joan is survived by her sons Christopher (Cindy) and Craig, grandchildren Connor and Carissa, and numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents Cletus and Margaret (Myette), sister Sue Greany and brother John Rademacher.
We will celebrate her life on May 5th at St. Mary's Catholic Church. The Rosary will begin at 12:00 p.m. followed by the Funeral Mass at 12:30 p.m. A private burial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, she requested donations be made to Hospice of Spokane.
