Lois Sterkel Obituary
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 14, at Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel in Scottsbluff with Pastor Scott Clark officiating. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 a.m. to service time on Monday. A memorial has been established to Friends of Alzheimer's Dementia.

Lois was born Nov. 10, 1927 in Sutton, Neb. to Guy Walter and Clara (Wach) Beliel. She married Benjamin Sterkel, Sept. 8, 1946 in Bayard. Lois was a member of the Berean Bible Church of Scottsbluff.
Survivors include her daughters, Lyn (John) Coe, Woodstock, Ga. and Tamara (Loren) Hunt, Bois D' Arc, Mo.; grandchildren, Jeffry Coe, Gena Coe, Natasha Hunt, Benjamin Hunt, and Elizabeth Hunt; great-grandchildren, Stephanie Dempsey, Otis John Coe, Sean Coe, Alden Hunt, Blake Hunt, Colton Cline and Jayce Coe; great-great grandson, Jack Dempsey; sister, Delores Hinman, McCleary, Wash.; and brother, Ralph (Sandy) Beliel, Minatare.
Lois was preceded in death by her parents; stepmother, Lenore Beliel Wolf; husband, Benjamin; brothers, Dale Beliel, Gerald Beliel; and sisters, Norma Eberhardt and Phyllis Brown.

My mom, Edrie Stone, and your mother were good friends. She passed away in 2001. I was saddened to see about Lois. You have my sympathy. It is a sad day when you lose your mother.
