Claudia Williams Obituary

Claudia Pigg Williams On October 11, 2009, Claudia Pigg Williams, of Austin, Texas, passed on from this life into the arms of the Almighty Father. She was born in Austin, Texas, June 28, 1946 at St. David's Hospital to Magda and William H. Pigg. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Albert Paul Williams; three children, Christopher Paul (Angela), Ginger Leigh (Robert Gamez), and David Allen (Tamara). She is also Grandma to one grandchild (Jacob Paul) and one step-grandchild (Tyler James Schmidt) with two more on the way (Ginger and Angela). She is preceded in death by her parents, sister, Linda Feurst, and brother, William C. Pigg. Claudia will be remembered as a loving wife, fantastic mother and devoted friend. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 14th at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, North Lamar. Services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 15, 2009 at Bethany United Methodist Church, 10010 Anderson Mill Rd, Austin. Interment will follow at Austin Memorial Park. I was very sorry to learn of Claudia's passing. She was a very gracious and wonderful person. I treasured her friendship.
