I hadn't seen your family in years but I always had fond memories of Troy smiling at me and running the bases at Delwood NE Optimist Club. He would slide into every base to get as dirty as he could after our brothers finished their baseball games. From everything I've read and heard about how Troy developed into a young man, it sounds like he never lost that love and zest for life, or his beaming smile. I'm so saddened by your loss and wish you peace and comfort in this painful time. I have shed many tears for Troy since hearing Monday of his passing but have been able to find comfort in the memory of his smile and how cute he was when he tried to say my name ("Hih-rah-lee").

My thoughts and prayers are with the family of Troy Peacock. I taught Troy at Deerpark Middle School in the 7th grade. He was in one of my favorite classes - 4th period Language Arts in 1995-96. He was a pleasure to teach and such a wonderful young man. He will be greatly missed. God bless you.

Growing up with Troy since middle school we were the only people in our school who constantly showed that we were proud Aggies! Troy will forever be remembered not only in my family but also in the Aggie family.Troy was the perfect example of what being a true Aggie really meant. He will always be remembered.

I would just like to say I'm sorry for your loss. Troy was a great guy, and it is sad to see him go. It seems like yesterday when we were all going to middle school together. The day he changed from those cool glasses to his contacts! Or the excitement of his new baby sister! There is no doubt that he will be missed by many! With much love from an old friend, Isrell Samaniego
