Oland Isenhour Obituary
Reverend Oland (Olin) Bernis Isenhour was called home to glory on Friday, October 20th, 2023, at the age of 89. He was the youngest of 13 children - proceeded in death by his parents, Guylo Reid and Dora Belle Isenhour, nine brothers, and three sisters. On Christmas Eve 1956, he married the love of his life, Shirlie Ann Simmons who passed away October 31, 2018.
During his 42 years with the United Methodist Church, he served as a Pastor of 13 churches, Conference Statistician, Conference Treasurer and District Superintendent.
Olin is survived by his four children, Terri Watt (Darrell), Lisa Isenhour (Steve), Philip Isenhour (Annette), Brian Isenhour, nine grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He is also survived by one sister-in-law, Margie Isenhour and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at Bethlehem Methodist Church. Burial was held in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks memorials to be made Bethlehem Methodist Church or Gordon Hospice House.
