A memorial service celebrating her life will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, March 10, 2005, at Moultrie Baptist Church with the Rev. Steve Smartt, pastor, officiating. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 9, 2005, at Kotrady-Hudgins-Croyle Funeral Home, 209 S. Ponce de Leon Blvd. Flowers are gratefully declined and those wishing may make a contribution in her memory to the Carrie Lynn Children's Center, 826 N. Main St., Rockford, IL 61103.
She is survived by a daughter, Linda Weber, St. Augustine; a son and daughter-in-law, Jack A. and Brenda Kovalcik, Elkton; three grandchildren, Michael Weber (Catherine), St. Augustine, Jacqueline Weber, Rockford, Ill., Christopher Weber, Ashland, Wisc.; three great-grandchildren, Steven, Michael, and Kendel; two sisters, Jean Shanahan, Kissimmee, Karen Steele, Atlanta, Ga.; and one brother, Roy Pantle, Arlington Heights, Ill.
Kotrady-Hudgins-Croyle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
