How sad I was to see that Barry, a former 5th grade student of mine at the Carrollton Oaks Elementary School in the 1978-79 school year had passed away at such a young age. I also taught his sister Laura. My sympathy to the family for your tragic loss. I will remember "the child" Barry, fondly.

We ran into Barry about 6 months ago and so thankful that we got to see him as it had been a long time for us. This is such a shock. Barry was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed by anyone that had the pleasure of knowing him.

Well, I don't know what too say. I haven't seen Barry in about 30 years. I knew him from the neighborhood and high school. Hung out a bit. Just recently connected on FaceBook. Be cool man you deserve it and my thoughts are with you and your family at this time.

Even though he kicked me off my bike when we were kids, at 22 he took me out for my birthday for an afternoon of fun. He was a good friend. I don’t remember a day that I didn’t know him. I’ll miss you Barry Dale. Peace to all who love him.

I was trying to describe Barry to my husband and all I could think of was what a great guy he was, always smiling with a positive attitude and such love for his children. He will be missed but not forgotten. May his family find comfort in knowing he was loved by many.

I was trying to explain Barry to someone this morning and all I could say was that he was one of those truly good people that you meet in life. He will be greatly missed.
