I had the privilege of walking with Paul on his last trip around the point in ballwin. Now I have repeated that with our friend Jerry Hawkins.
Now you guys can walk together until we meet again to walk and solve the world´s problems.

Rest easy Daddy-O. I love you...you were the most amazing man and father. A scholar and a gentleman. A beautiful soul.

I met Paul in June of 1999 following the loss of my wife.
He approached me at the closing of an SOS session downtown STL. We lived in walking distance of each other in Ballwin.
That started us on a two + decade friendship.
Spoke with him by phone in mid November 2020. Smart and personable neighbor.
Probably would not have gotten involved with SOS had it not been for Paul.
Priceless fellow SAILOR.
