Ms. Harmon and Family,
I am just learning of Mr. Harmon's passing. I am so sorry for your lost. His smile and that deep thunderous laugh was always welcoming as well as comforting to me. I know this is a difficult time for all of you. May God wrapped you in his tender care and replace your sorrow with the loving memories of times you all shared together.

Carolyn and Bob have been dear friends since we came to Delmar in 1969 - I as Minister of Music. There is no place to begin listing all the wonderful things Bob has done for others over the years. But the one thing that we will always remember is that when we lost our daughter, Jo, the Harmons sent us the key to their home in Michigan, saying simply that we needed to be in a new place to begin healing. It has been our pleasure to see them over the years when they visited Barbara and her family in Thousand Oaks, CA, and they were here for our youngest daughter's wedding in Malibu. We know that your large and dear family misses you intensely. They must be comforted to know that you have passed on to eternal life. Your days on earth were numbered, but you filled them with incredible acts of kindness and charity to so many. The coming year will bring tears with every passing family holiday, but the blessings your shared will ease their pain. How fortunate we have all been to know you and love you. Death never takes that away.

Carolyn and family, our thoughts and prayers are with you today as we remember Bob's many kindnesses to us back in 1986 when we first met you at Delmar. He made a lasting impression on us as a man of high accomplishment coupled with humility and authentic charm. Doug and Terri Vancil

Christian love and prayers to Mrs. Harmon and family. Years ago, I broke my leg @ McAuto, was in hospital room with a lady named Dorothy, when she found out I worked for McAuto & knew Mr. Harmon was our V.P. She said "you tell Bobby, you were in the hospital with me, I was his Father's secretary and we always called him Bobby. When I returned to work, I wrote Mr. Harmon a little note per Dorothy's request. He called me and shared his love for Dorothy. He was delighted to get the note and expressed his concern for my healing.

I first met Mr. Harmon when he chose me to be his secretary in 1967. I learned so much from him that helped me in my future positions as an executive secretary. He was not only my boss, but I considered him a good friend. My sincere sympathies to Mrs. Harmon. I pray her sadness will soon turn to wonderful memories of a wonderful husband.

Dianna and I shall always cherish the fond memories of Carolyn and you. Truly wonderful people. You will be remembered as a man of integrity, high values, dedicated to excellence, respect for others and a family man. In the spring of 1968, you were my first contact at MCAUTO as a USAF Officer touring MDC. You Introduced me to Guy Rose. You were very caring at some of my darkest times. I will always remember your fond wishes for Dianna and I when we married in Feb 1985. You are at eternal peace with our Lord. Love Jim and Dianna Ross

Uncle Bob always had a smile on his face and lit up the room. What a legacy he has left to those he knew. I'm so thankful to call him my Uncle. Now he is with Nana, Pop, mom and dad and I know we will see them all again soon.
All my love to you Aunt Carolyn and to the cousins.
