Thomas John Arnold

Thomas John Arnold (Tom), 65 years old, Hollywood, Florida, passed away on July 25, 2018 after a brave battle against cancer. Thomas was born in Pittsburgh, PA on January 4, 1953. He completed his education with a G.E.D. from Hialeah High School. Thomas was married to Dorothea Elizabeth on April 1, 1995 after a long engagement; they were married for 23 years. Thomas was employed by Whole Foods Market for six years. Prior to that, he worked as an A/C technician for 17 years; he was also a union member as a carpenter. He was a hard and loyal worker on the job and around the home. Thomas is survived by his loving wife Elizabeth; children William and Aprille; grandchildren Caitlin, Jack, Thomas, Julianna, Mary and Faith; great-grandchildren Lucy, Thomas, Iris and Davey. He also leaves his sisters and brothers: Patricia Ann, Jean Marie, Robert, Vern, Phillip and Lawrence, as well as his beloved nieces and nephews. Thomas is preceded in death by his parents, August and Anne Arnold. Also his wife's parents, Dr. Horace and Ethel Morey; her brothers Adam Berg, Dr. Eliot Berg and Peter Berg. A public viewing and visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Celebration of Life & Open Reflections to follow at 7:00pm.
