Susan and I extend our deepest sympathy to the Wichman Family.

I had the honor of working for Bob in the Florida Division in 1976-77. He was a great mentor and always treated peolpe fairly. He built a great Divison and my father considered him a very close friend. A life well lived and a loving family both speak to Bob's true passions in life.
