David Garland Obituary

David Garland, 95, died Sept. 2, 2005, at St. Lucie Medical Center, Port St. Lucie. He was born in Dechmont, Scotland, and lived in Port St. Lucie since January 2004, coming from Cleveland. He was a production planner for a truck manufacturing firm. He was a member of the Masons. Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Eileen Garland; sister, Christina Klooz; son, David Bruce Garland; daughter, Kathleen Garland Rike; and one grandson. SERVICES: A private memorial service will be in Cleveland. Arrangements are by Aycock Funeral Home, Port St. Lucie.

Still in shock upon hearing this news, David was always there to share a laugh while playing a school yard hoops all over the City of Somerville, MA. Those were the days for sure, my most sincere condolences to Gary, Sondra, and the Gartland family, he will be missed by all. Rest in Peace David, it was good chatting with you when we did back last year, we shared a laugh for sure.
