Edward Beaudoin Obituary
WORCESTER - Edward P. Beaudoin, 68, of Worcester, died Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at the UMass-Memorial Medical Center, after an illness.
Edward leaves his wife of 48 years, Lucy (Barrows) Beaudoin; two brothers, Albert J. Beaudoin Jr. and his wife Kathy of Florida, and Richard Beaudoin of Las Vegas; a sister, Mary Jane Nichols of Hinsdale, N.H.; and many nieces and nephews.
Edward was born in Worcester, son of Albert J. Beaudoin Sr. and Florence M. (Breau) Beaudoin and lived in Worcester all his life.
Edward was a graduate of Worcester Boys Trade High School. He was a machinist for Reed-Rico PCC Co. in Holden for 34 years. He later worked for the Hudson Broach Co. for six years before retiring in 2013.
Ed was a skilled woodworker and furniture refinisher. He enjoyed trips to Foxwoods, and playing golf and cribbage with friends. He loved his home.
Ed's family thanks the 6 ICU staff at the UMass-Memorial Medical Center University Campus for their skilled and compassionate care.
We welcome family and friends to our home for a celebration of Ed's life on Saturday, December 8, from 1 to 5 p.m.
The Athy Memorial Home, 111 Lancaster St., Worcester, is directing arrangements.

Lucy, there are just no words to tell you how sad we all are to hear about Eddie's sudden passing. Jim, Erin and I will always hold on to the wonderful memories we've shared over these past 42 years. I will treasure the last time I was home and we all spent the day at the Southwick Zoo catching up, laughing and acting like little kids.
Thank you for Always making the effort to see us whenever we were home visiting.
