To Denise, Susan, Charles and Dennis. To my friend Jimmy, Choag, Chuggalut, which I affectionately called him. I hope you are in a happier place. I remember the days, Eds place, Cooks pond where you were the only person who I knew, who could float as if you were on a lounge chair. At Harrys Road Service, where we worked. The back roads, hot dog Annies. The beer runs to New York. Our trips to Boston, to Clarks house. My old friend, you still have the same eyes and the same smile. I dont remember the beard!! I left you and my old friends from Tatnuck for reasons that I thought at the time were important. I was wrong because I hold you, and those old days in my heart. Nothing is more important than the friendship and times that we all shared. Rest in peace my old friend from the past, and peace to all who loved you.

Dear Denise (Susan, Charles, Dennis et al),

I was very sorry to hear that Jimmy (aka Choag of Tatnuck) passed away. We had a lot of great times growing up around the "Res" and the "Pond"and I regret greatly that I did not keep in closer contact with him over the years.

May Jimmy rest in peace and your grief pass with time.

Peace, Warren Snow

To Jim's wife, Dennis, Charles & Susan, Our deepest sympathy in the loss of your loved one. I grew up in the same neighborhood as Jim, and, I can say he was truly a wonderful person. In my early married years, Jim, and my brother, Ray, used to ride their bicycles all the way to Auburn to pay us a visit. His smile was infectious. He was warm & kind to everyone. I must say, "to know him, was to love him" He will truly be missed. Mary(Provencal)& Richard Seaman

Denise, Sue, Pudge and Dennis;
My heart broke when I got the news. We have all lost someone very special. Growing up, Jim (affectionately Choug) was my closest friend. We we inseparable as kids, sleeping over, riding bikes, hanging out at "Cooks" pond. trick or treating, you name it and we did it together. No one could have asked for a better friend than Jim. We remained close into adulthood and eventually Jim was the guy breaking metal for our roofing company while at Lynch. I spoke to him before leaving for FL. and he indicated he was doing better. I just kept praying that he did not suffer.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all as Jim will be sorely missed. His great smile, his "burps" his awesome sense of humor and love of life. I will never, ever forget you buddy,

Sue, Pudge, Dennis and Denise;
It is hard to believe I have lost my life long friend. Having grown up together we were the closest of friends. We were inseparable as kids, spending our summers at cooks pond and hanging around Tatnuck sq. Having done everything from trick or treating to sliding our sleds down Dawson road on the glare ice, we remained close into adulthood and eventually Jim was the guy bending metal for my Son Steven as we embarked on a career in roofing. "Choug" (as we affectionately called him growing up) was as good a friend as anyone could ask for. A sincere person with a great love of life.
I have life long memories to comfort me and I will never, ever forget you. Rest in peace buddy,
