My thoughts are with Hall's much loved family. He was rescuer of friends, family members, other contractors, business acquaintances, refugees.
He was giver of second and even third chances. He was generous with his time and resources to his church and alma mater. He could deliver a wittism with perfect timing.
What an amazing person. He surely touched more lives than most.
