Teresa Scouten Obituary
Teresa was a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother and she was a veteran of the Women's Army Corps.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Kevin; sons and daughters-in-law, Douglas and Kasey Scouten of Painted Post and Daniel and Miranda Scouten of Corning; sisters, June Brown of Corning, Julie (Clarence) Sherrod of Bath, Heidi (Daniel) Cowan of Georgia, and Karen (Brendan) Heirs of Texas; brothers, Harold (Swannie) Dickinson of Florida, Michael (Seleta) Dickinson of Georgia and Mark Dickinson of Georgia; half-sisters, Margie Hill of Hornell and Pamela Brown of Bath; grandchildren, Alexis, Andrew, and Caitlynn Scouten; and nieces, nephews, and cousins. Teresa was predeceased by her parents, Harold and Naomi Dickinson.
Family and friends are invited to call at Calvary Baptist Church, 2915 Main Street, (Gibson), Corning, on Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 10:00 to 11:00 am. A celebration of Teresa's life will be held there at 11:00 amfollowed by a luncheon.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make donations to Calvary Baptist Church, 2915 Main Street, (Gibson), Corning, NY 14830, or go tocalvarybaptistchurchcorning.org.
