Annie Fatjo Obituary
LAFAYETTE - Annie Guidry Fatjo, 99, passed away quietly at her home in Lafayette on Thursday, April 23, 2015. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and close friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, W. C. Fatjo and her daughter, Jennifer Fatjo. She leaves behind a legacy of love to her surviving four children, Judith Hagood, Elaine Young, W. C. Fatjo, Jr. and Scott Fatjo, all of Lafayette; six grandchildren, Duke Young of Helotes, TX, Michael Young of Rockhill, SC, Debbie Burns, Julia Fatjo, Nicholas Fatjo and Michael Fatjo, all of Lafayette; and four great grandchildren, John Michael Judice, Jake Young, Bo Young and Tommy Burns.
A private Graveside Service was held on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
The family would like to express special thanks to Mrs. Fatjo's caregivers over the last few years, Ann Menard, Dynelle Thomas, Theresa Cailler and Regina Clark; and the doctors, nurses and staff of Community Hospice, for their love and compassionate care.
Memorial contributions can be made in Mrs. Fatjo's name to Community Hospice, 125 Westmark Blvd., Lafayette, LA 70506.
