Taft Ealy Obituary
Taft Ealy, Jr., 74, of Conway, was born on May 17, 1950, to the late Taft Ealy, Sr., and Hester Thompson Ealy in Damascus, Arkansas. He made his entrance into Heaven on Jan. 3, 2025.
He was preceded in death by one son, Michael F. Ealy; five brothers, Woodrow, Hubert, Calvin, Clifton and Kapolean Ealy. He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Verlean Fields and Nadean Guiden.
Taft leaves to cherish his memory his loving sweetheart, Anna Ealy; his baby girl, Ann Marie Jackson (Antwan); his son, Taft Ealy, III (Shaneil); and his goddaughter, MaKayla Aiken (Corey). He is survived by six brothers, Howard (Telitha) Ealy, Billy L.C. (Carolyn) Ealy, Dennis (Annie) Ealy, Ralph (Rebecca) Ealy and William T. (Loretta) Ealy, all of Twin Groves, Arkansas, and Bobby T.L. (Ernestine) Ealy of Shawnee, Oklahoma. He is also survived by one sister, Almenta Blackwell of Twin Groves, Arkansas, and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Friday, Jan. 10 from 6-8 p.m. at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Jan. 11 at 11 a.m., at the Solomon Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Twin Groves. Burial will be at Solomon Grove Cemetery.
