Bonnie Lou Smith, 70, of Hillsville, passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mrs. Smith was born in Carroll County to the late Earl and Olivia Quesenberry Utt.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry Smith; siblings, Cleatus Utt, Rex Utt, and Wanda Vaughan and husband, Paul; brother-in-law, Larry Smith and wife, Karen; sisters-in-law, Talma Rutherford and Lisa Lintecum and husband, Gerald; mother-in-law, Verna L. Martin; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 PM with Pastor Joe Bryant officiating. Burial will follow in the Isaac Banks Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the funeral service. A guestbook is available online by visiting www.vaughanguynnandmcgrady.com.
