We moved from Bryan in 1958 so I didn't see her all that often, but when we did she was glad we came by and always seemed to have a healthy zest for life. I was told she took care of me for maybe the first two weeks of my life.
My condolences to the family.

Aileen was a treasure to our family across the street on Colson Rd. And years later, my children also grew to love her. We are so thankful. David and Sharon, I am so very sorry. Memories of Aline will remain with me as long as I live.

As long as I had known her, she was always sweet and always picked on me a little bit. And I was OK with that. It was her way of showing me that she cared about me. I will miss our hugs every Sunday. She was always a pleasure to be around! I would bring her water or a blanket at church, when she was parched or cold. Most of the time she wouldn't ask for it but would always accept my gesture. In my eyes, she was a peach! I wish that I could have known her longer and better. The world needs more people like her! She will truly be missed but I am happy that she now is free of the earthly bonds and pain and discomfort and is in Heaven enjoying life everlasting! May you rest ever so peacefully my friend!!

Thoughts and prayers for the family. The world lost a very kind and sweet person that will be missed by many. I have only known her for about 10 years and it was great to have her as a friend for those years.

It was an honor for Gwen and me to know Aline as her pastor and as friends. She had a great sense of humor and really enjoyed life. We will miss her and wish our sympathies and blessings to her family and friends.
