Charlotte Ann Fulton was born on August 2, 1945 in Franklin, Texas to her parents, Hubert Hilton and Annie Gross Fulton. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 in Conroe, Texas at the age of 77 years.

Charlotte received her education in Franklin and was a 1963 graduate of Franklin High School. During her high school years she was very active in Future Homemakers of America, baseball, volleyball and senior play. After high school, Charlotte attended Houston Business School. Before her retirement, Charlotte was employed with the State of Texas in the U.S. Treasury Department under Ann Richards. During her employment at the Capitol, she helped with many functions for the Lyndon B. Johnson Ranch. She even had the pleasure of babysitting for Lucy Johnson on occasion. She spent twenty-five years as a resident of Austin before becoming a resident of Belton for the past eighteen years.

Charlotte accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior at a young age and was of the Church of Christ faith. She had a bubbly personality with a beautiful smile. She was never caught in a bad mood even though she was a strict perfectionist. She enjoyed traveling and camping before her illness and even made her mother, Annie go along on a few trips to get her out of the house. Charlotte enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. She will be missed by all those who loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert and Annie Fulton; brothers, Harold Fulton and Edward Fulton and her best friend, Sharon Griffin.

Charlotte leaves behind her nieces and nephews: Trish Matthews Ellis and husband Jeremy, Ginger Fulton Pierce and husband Matt, Melanie Fulton Lackland and husband James, Melissa "Missy" Fulton, Duke Fulton and Ray Fulton.

Services will be held at 2 p.m., on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at McCauley Funeral Home in Franklin, Texas. Burial will follow in the Franklin Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until service time on Thursday at the funeral home.
