November 27, 1928 - January 16, 2021
Leona Evelyn Hoff Loke, 92, passed away peacefully surrounded by her daughters on Saturday, January 16, 2021.
Funeral service will be held at 2:30 pm Saturday, January 23 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time. Interment will follow at Rest-Ever Memorial Park Cemetery.
Leona was born November 27, 1928 to Henry and Frieda Sitz Hoff. She was baptized on January 11, 1929, was confirmed in August of 1940, and was married to Alois Joe Loke on October 28, 1948 at Salem Lutheran Church in Barclay, Texas. Al and Leona made their home in Bryan, Texas. They were lifelong members of Our Saviour's Lutheran Church.
Leona is preceded in death by her husband, Alois; and a brother, Marvin Hoff.
She is survived by three daughters and their husbands, Anna and Don Langford of College Station, Barbara and Gary Warren of Marble Falls, and Debra and Albert Pack of Kingwood. She also is survived by two sisters, Cora Mae Hollas and Dorothy Richter; ten grandchildren and fifteen great- grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Saviour's Lutheran Church in College Station, Texas in Leona Loke's name.

We bought Leona's home and we got to visit with her a couple of times when she gave us information about the house. What a lovely lady! I have been getting lots of mail for her and I've been forwarding them on but not sure whether the family is getting them. To the Family of Leona,
Our prayers are with each one of you. Leona was such a joy to know. I never saw her without a smile. We had lots of fun times playing pitch with her and others from church.
She will be missed by all of you but she will be truly missed by her friend and her church member.

We've all lost a sweet, loving angel down here; May it comfort you to know that she has finally returned to her rightful place in Heaven, free of all pain and earthly troubles. Those troubles were many, but I never heard her complain. She was always smiling. We're really going to miss her!
