As a child I was friends with Louis' s son Louis (who had a fabulous sense of humor) and we would sometimes hang around the store on Tierney St. Mr. Esposito was always so kind and generous to us. He treated me like a son. I loved to see him because he always treated me so well. He was a great human being.

I just came across this and was very saddened to read it. 'Uncle' Lou was a wonderful person. I worked with him at Stew's in the late 80's and very much enjoyed all the time I spent with him. He will truly be missed but always remembered. Sorry for your loss.

To the Esposito Family. I was saddened to hear of your dad's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time. I am so impressed with the relationship that Lou and my dad had over all these years and I certainly have heard many great stories. They had a very special bond. You are all so lucky to have had such a wonderful dad.

I am absolutely heartbroken for all of you. Your dad was truly the best. I will always remember his extreme generosity (bazookas galore) and what an incredibly nice man he was. I'm so sorry to miss the celebration of his wonderful life. Please know that I'm there with you in spirit and that I feel your pain. We were all so lucky, weren't we?
Love you all,
Cousin Barb (in Oregon)
