I knew Mary primarily as a friend of my fathers she would visit us in nh in the summer often bringing my father the latest gadget from ge an emergency plug in light a smoke detector which became affectionately named Mary. She also gave my sister and inch a recorder at the time a puzzling gift.. many years later when she and my dad were in their 80s dad and i went to Ithaca to visit.. being older i had a much better understanding of Mary it was wonderful to see these 2 life long friends visit and laughter talking a bout music her husband hans her daughter Anne and life. wished I'd known more of her sooner.shevwas an amazing woman.

i used to be roomates with her daugter she was a very help full nice person i am sad to see her go but i know she will be in a better place now my prayers and Thoughts go out to ur family
