Irene Marie Schweizer Clanton

Mrs. Irene Marie Schweizer Clanton, 83, passed away Friday, March 15, 2013, at her home. She was born May 15, 1929, in Platting, Germany and was a daughter of the late Alois and Hilda Schweizer. Mrs. Clanton was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She is survived by her husband, Robert Ray Clanton of Lancaster; a son, Perry Clanton and his wife, Donna, of Lancaster; two grandchildren, Robbie Clanton and Matthew Clanton, both of Lancaster. She was preceded in death by a sister, Hilda. The celebration of life services of Mrs. Clanton were 11 a.m. Monday, March 18, at the Chapel of Lancaster Funeral Home, officiated by the Rev.
