WINTER HAVEN - Evelyn L. Owens, age 80, died November 22, 2012 due to lung failure.
She was born March 14, 1932 in Bibb County, GA, the daughter of Roy and Alma (Green) Marshall. She was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Owens was preceded in death by a grandson: Joshua Jack Owens. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Alfred Jack Owens, son: Roger Owens (Sue), daughter: Jeanette Schleu-sener (Mark), sister: Ruth Damphier, three grandchildren: James Smart, Roger Owens, Jr., and Renee Owens and five great grandchildren.
Visitation is Monday from 10am-12noon at Ott-Laughlin, Winter Haven. Graveside services will follow at 12:30pm at Lakeside Memorial Park. Condolences may be sent to the family at
