Carlos Martinez Obituary
He was born to the late Pablo Martinez Sr and Lucia Hernandez-Martinez on September 7, 1949. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 42 years, Jane Martinez; children, Carlissa (Joe) Montoya, Jacinda (Tony) Martinez-Garza, Erika (Michael) Martinez-Leo, and Carlos (Mandy) Martinez; grandchildren, Illyana and Roldan Bocanegra Jr., Gianluca Montoya, Alexandra Garza, Vincent Casas and Breckin Leo; brothers and sisters, Pablo (Trudy) Martinez Jr., Joe (Brenda) Martinez, Fernando (Kim) Martinez, Isa DeVos, Juan (Yolanda) Martinez, Diamentina Martinez, Daniel Martinez, Irene Brougham, Manual Martinez (Analise), and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at Ric Brown Family Funeral Home located at 621 East Griffin Parkway in Mission, Texas. Funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Mission. Interment of ashes will follow at Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission. Services were entrusted to Ric Brown Family Funeral Home of Mission.
