Survivors include his son, Jamari K. Whitfield; his mother, Dominique Whitfield; his father, Antonio Blackledge; and his significant other, Jada Martin.
The funeral is at noon Tuesday, Oct. 3, at Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home in Radcliff. . Burial follows in North Hardin Memorial Gardens in Radcliff.
Visitation is from 11 a.m. to noon Tuesday at the funeral home.
