Jack Kurtz Obituary
Jack H. Kurtz, 78, of Fond du Lac, died Friday, December 28, 2012, at Hospice Home of Hope, Fond du Lac.
He was born on September 28, 1934, in Advance, Wisconsin, a son of Merle and Ina Orr Kurtz.
On March 5, 1955, he married Joyce B. Leuthold.
Jack worked for the Fred Rueping Leather Company for 12 years and then worked for Mercury Marine for 29 years until his retirement in 1997.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce; two daughters: Jill Klima and Jennifer Kurtz; a granddaughter, Lindsey Klima; a sister, Margaret Kurtz; a brother, George Kurtz; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and an infant brother, Richard.
A memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 31, 2012, at Covenant United Methodist Church, 20 North Marr Street, Fond du Lac, with Rev. Michael Morning officiating.
The family will greet relatives and friends on Monday at church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
