Raymond B. Heiser

Raymond B. Heiser, a loving and gentle man, died on Tuesday, June 6, 2001. He was a resident of Olympia for over 50 years.Mr. Heiser was born July 26, 1922 in Denver, Col. to Al and Dorothy Burbank. He was married to Collene D. Heiser for 30 years, until she preceded in death in 1982.During WWII he served with the 3rd Division of the U.S. Army and was awarded the Bronze Star.Mr. Heiser worked in construction for many years, before retiring from Jones Septic Service.He loved his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.He is survived by his son, Daniel R. Heiser of Tumwater; three daughters, Theresa Chace of Littlerock, Treena Piepgras and Sam Perkinson, both of Tumwater; twelve grandchildren, Corey, Julie, Brian and Russell Chace, Ryan and Leah Piepgras, Scott, Aarron, Miranda Heiser, Tabitha, Mathew, and Josh Perkinson; great-grandchildren, Malachi Chace, Catherine and Corrinne Heiser, Jessie Chace Bradford Heiser and Madison Chace.No services will be held.
