Charles Peterson Obituary
Muncie - Charles Lee Peterson, Sr., 77, passed away on March 14, 2017, unexpectedly from multiple health conditions in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Charles was born in Bascom, Florida to Bryant and Willie Mae Peterson. He retired from Hunt Paving as a pipefitter and was a member of the Laborer's Union for over fifty years. He also did construction work.
He leaves to cherish his memory his fiancée, Mary Neal Davis, Tampa, FL; six children, Charles Peterson , Jr., Muncie, Andre Peterson, Perry, FL, Sheri Peterson (Charzall) Baker, Tampa, FL, Crystal Loraine (Limbert) Peterson Durham-Hodgson, Tampa, FL, Victoria Peterson Bush, Newport News, Virginia, Martella Wilson, Indianapolis; step-children, Carolyn Willliams and Jimmy Wiliams; twenty six grandchildren, thirty four great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, five siblings, Ella Thompson, Joseph Peterson, Sue Jean Williams, Pinkie Langston and Gussie Williams, stepchildren, Jackie Williams and Lois Williams and one grandchild.
Services will be held on Friday, March 24, 2017 at Trinity United Methodist Church at 12 p.m.
Viewing will be held at Gholar & Gholar Funeral Service from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2017. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory cemetery.
All arrangements entrusted to Gholar & Gholar Funeral Service, 900 E. Kirby Street, Muncie, IN, 47302.

Mr. Peterson was a good neighbor and a fine man. He was always willing to help you in every way he could.
He kept our grass cut for years.
We will really miss him.
