Violet Pearl (Vise) Beouy, 92

MUNCIE - Violet Pearl (Vise) Beouy, 92, went to be with our Lord on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Morrison Woods in Muncie, surrounded by her family.

Violet was born October 5, 1923, in Seelyville, Indiana the youngest child of Elmer and Pearl Vise. On November 25, 1942 she married Howard Wayne Beouy, who preceded her in death.

She is survived by her four daughters, Patty Applegate, (husband, Larry),

Barbara Miller, Jane Parkinson, (husband, Bruce), and Debbie Fuller, (husband, Rocky), along with seven grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren.

Violet was a graduate of Harrison High School. She was a member of the Yorktown United Methodist Church where she taught the CIK Sunday school class for many years. She was a long time member of a euchre club and a bowling league as well as a member of the Yorktown Women's Club. She was an avid reader who enjoyed crocheting and loved to travel.

Most notably she was a wonderful homemaker who was very involved in the activities of each of her daughters. She found great joy in spending time with and attending the activities of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Violet left a wonderful legacy of her love of Jesus to her entire family.

Services are 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 9, 2015 at Parson Mortuary with Pastor Norma West officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory.

Calling will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 8, 2015 and one hour prior to the services on Monday.
