Connie Mae Franklin Frye
July 27, 1927 - April 13, 2023
Columbia, South Carolina - Widow, of Bishop Maurice Aaron Frye, Connie peacefully realized her goal of reuniting with her beloved husband and meeting her JESUS.
Connie was predeceased by her husband; parents, Bennie and Maybelle Westmoreland Franklin; brothers, Henderson "C", Gibson, and Edmund Franklin; sister, Vernelle Mabry; and daughter, Carmen Mullinax.
She is survived by her daughter, Charlotte Williams (Michael); son, Phillip Frye (Linda); grandchildren, Billy Craig Mack, Tamara Woodall (Chris), Benjamin and Toni Frye, Aaron Gilchrist (Shani), Charles "Nick" Mullinax, Lindsey Fallaw (Bryan), Lauren Johnston (Ronnie); 9 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson, and her devoted caretaker, Roberta Daniels.
She Faithfully assisted her husband in his ministry for more than 60 years in South Carolina, Alabama, and Indiana until his death, and continued serving in this ministry and missions until her passing.
Barr Price Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel, 609 Northwood Road, Lexington, SC is assisting the family with visitation on Monday April 17, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm and Celebration of Life services at the Chapel at 2:00 pm followed by interment at Ridgecrest Memorial Park, 329 Summerland Avenue, Batesburg-Leesville SC,
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to LPA Liberty Pentecostal Assemblies; 4978 Morning Dove Lane; Spring Hill, TN 37174.
