Mr. Starks passed on December 10, 2011. He was the son of Roosevelt Starks, Sr. and the late Louise Goin. He was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church and was employed with Consolidated System Incorporated.
Mr. Starks is survived by his father, Roosevelt Starks Sr.; his son, Reginald Tolliver; his daughter, Lakesha Tollier, his sister, Betty Ann Cleveland; aunt, Rosa Lee Austin; uncle, James Goins, all of Columbia, SC; a host of other loving relatives. www.bosticktompkinsinc.com
