Dominick Trichilo Obituary
Dominick J. Trichilo Jr., 84, Carbondale, died Friday at Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore.
Born in Carbondale, son of the late Dominick and Anna Vadala Trichilo Sr., he was an Army veteran who enjoyed golfing and hunting. Years ago, he owned the Tastee-Freeze in Eynon for 15 years.
The family extends its sincere gratitude to Hospice of the Sacred Heart staff for their compassionate care.
Surviving are two sons, Dominick Scott Trichilo and wife, Debbie, Carbondale; and Michael D. Trichilo, Mt. Cobb; a brother, Robert Trichilo, Dunmore; a sister, Rosemary Purvis, Carbondale; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Frances Falvo; and two brothers, Joseph Trichilo and Pat Trichilo.
Services and interment, including military honors at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Cemetery, will be held at a future date.
