Patricia Devaney Obituary
Born in Carbondale, daughter of the late Frank and June Rutan Roche, she was employed in the cafeteria of Marian Community Hospital and was a member of St. Rose of Lima Church, both in Carbondale.
Also surviving are two sons, Rick Swingle, Dunmore; and Bob Swingle, Carbondale; a daughter, Rachel Gigliotti, Carbondale, two brothers, Daniel Roche, Mayfield; and James Roche, Syracuse, N.Y.; two sisters, June Cottell, Carbondale; and Debbie Meoni, Justus; two grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Robert Gigliotti, and two brothers, Gerald and Thomas Roche.
Private services will be Wednesday at 6 p.m. at the Lawrence A. Gabriel Funeral Home, 74 N. Main St., Carbondale, by Monsignor Joseph Quinn, pastor of St. Rose of Lima Church. Private calling hours will be Wednesday, 6 to 8 p.m. Interment, private. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1101 Hill St., Jessup, 18434.

'Big Bob', Ricky, Bobby, & Rachael,
I am very sorry to hear of Pats' passing. I remember when my family & I lived on the West Side of town; that's when we became friends & our daughters were best of friends.

Dear Bobbyand Family I was saddened to hear about Patty Ann's
passing. I use to baby sit her and her siblings when I was a kid. Later we worked together in Blakely and Forest City. May you and her family find peace and may it be also with you thru these trying times.
