Thomas Duffy Obituary
He was predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Mary (Kennedy) Duffy; and a sister, Helen Hinrichsen.
Tom is survived by his wife of 58 years, Doris Marshall; four children, Michael (Melissa) Duffy, Scranton; Susan (John) Roy, New York; Margaret (David) Tinney, Virginia; Sandra Duffy, Connecticut; and six grandchildren.
Tom was a former member of IBEW local 81.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, June 29, 2016, at 11 a.m. at Most Holy Rosary Church, 2596 Main St., Maine, N.Y. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Owego.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego.
Memorial contributions may be made in Thomas F. Duffy's name to Mercy House of the Southern Tier, 3600 Phyllis St., Endwell, NY 13760. Condolences may be made to Tom's family at www.emfaheyfuneralhome.com.

Doris and family: I know you all are strong in your faith and faith will see you through this sorrowful time. Tom was shch a fun and wonderful friend to us. We spent some great times swimming in the pond, sledding on the back hills, playing cards abd boardgames. Remember the good, sweet times with Tom, Doris. And with Dad and Grandpa, kids and grandkids.
We will miss him dearly! Dawne and family!

I've known Tom for over 40 years. Tom was a very good electrical, very dedicated to local 325 and was well respected by everyone that worked with him.
