Billy was a friend of my Uncle Bob Semian. Billy was a respected gentleman gardener to me. I was gifted some of his prized garlic bulbs. I’ve been growing them for many years. This year was the best year ever. Sadly as we learned of his passing we were unable to let him know this. Our condolences to his extended family.
