I worked with Jim many times when he was the Mt. Clemens Fire Marshal. I'll never forget being in a small boat with him on the Clinton River on a cold November day looking for the source of an oil spill. Jim was a lot of fun to be around and you never had to guess what Jim was thinking. I miss him.

I was very surprised and saddened by Jim's sudden passing. I worked with him frequently when he was the Fire Marshal in Mount Clemens. I hadn't seen him since his retirement, but, we met for lunch several weeks ago and it was like no time had passed. Sincere regrets. Bob MacDonald

Our condolences go out to Jim's family. We are sorry that we will not be able to attend the funeral, we are still out of town.
We will always have such fond memories of the time when Jim and his family lived on Kingsley St.

Jim was also a very dedicated employee of the Mount Clemens Fire Department.
Our prayers will be with all of you.
