Mae Crump Obituary
80, of Hunters Creek, Toc-
coa passed away Monday,
May 8, 2023 at the North-
east Georgia Medical Cen-
ter.
A daughter of the late
Knox and Willie Mae
Payne Crump, she was
born Oct. 10, 1942 in
Franklin County, Georgia
where she lived all her
life. She worked with her
family in the farming busi-
ness for many years. She
was a member of Hunters
Creek Baptist Church.
In addition to her par-
ents, she was preceded in
death by a sister, Doris
Crump and by a brother,
David Crump.
Survivors include other
family members.
Graveside services
wwere held Wednesday,
May 10, 2023, at 2 p.m. at
New Bethel Baptist
Church Cemetery with the
Rev. Dr. Tommy Childress
officiating. The following
gentlemen served as pall-
bearers; Erwin Carter,
Tim Moore, Jason Moore
and Shorty Bridges.
The family received
friends at the Acree-Davis
Funeral Home on Wednes-
day from 12-1:15 p.m. On-
line condolences may be
left for the family at

Interment followed in
the New Bethel Baptist
Church Cemetery with the
Acree-Davis Funeral
Home and Crematory in
charge of the arrange-
ments for Mae Opal
Crump.
