Ezole "Dol" Marie Dauzat Bordelon

A Mass of Christian Burial for Ezole "Dol" Marie Dauzat Bordelon will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 7, 2011 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church with Father Bruce Miller officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery #1, Marksville, under the direction of Hixson Brothers, Alexandria.

Visitation will be Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church from 9:00 a.m. until service time.

Mrs. Bordelon, 98, of Pineville entered eternal rest on Thursday, November 3, 2011 at Rapides Regional Medical Center. She was a resident of Lexington House for the past six years.

Ezole was born September 27, 1913 in Hickory Hill, Marksville, Louisiana to the union of Abelus T. Dauzat and Leontine Gaspard Dauzat. She was a loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and great grandmother and the sunshine of our lives. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Pineville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Nelson Lee Bordelon; daughter, Lois K. Bordelon; son, Richard J. Bordelon; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren; five sisters and four brothers.and her second husband, Edwis Bordelon.

Those left to cherish her precious memory include her daughter, Lois Bordelon Winn and her husband, Raleigh;sister, Theresa Rudisill; grandchildren, Bryant Winn, Natalie Flynn, Kristy Beall, Brenda Debo, Carl Bordelon, Craig Bordelon and Danny Bordelon; sixteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
