KELLY, Leroy Leslie, age 65, of Richmond, departed this life June 21, 2022. He is survived by two daughters, Leslie Kelly and Whitney Debraux; two grandchildren, Je-quan Carroll and Bray Winfree; one great-grandson, Jaysion Carroll; two sisters, Maxine Blunt (Gerald) and Dale Andrews (Allen); a host of nieces, among them a devoted Peggy Thrower; nephews and cousins; one sister-in-law, Delores Lucas; and other relatives and friends, among them his devoted companion, Ella Winfree. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue, where Mr. Kelly can be viewed Thursday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and where funeral services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. Interment private. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 2:45 p.m. Friday.
