Sam and I worked together at the Richmond Sheriffs Department within the General District Court. I could always count on Sam each and every morning helping me get set up for court. Our times working along with Judge Dulling were very gratifyingly and sometimes very funny. Sam will be missed and to his family and friends I send my true Condolences!
