Thomas Binns Obituary
September 25, 1952 - October 12, 2024
Thomas Nelson Binns, 72, of Richmond, VA, died October 12, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Honorable Samuel T. Binns, Jr. and Ailine Hilliard Binns. He is survived by his sister, Linda Binns Liles; and cherished friends. He was an avid gardener, talented florist and owner of Tom French Flowers.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, October 27, 2024 at Grayson Hill Townhome Community's Clubhouse, 9501 Grayson Hill Way, with a reception immediately after the service.

As a neighbor of over 15 years, Tommy was the first neighbor to come over and welcome us to the neighborhood. He told us there was not much crime in the neighborhood but there had been a couple of peeping "Tom´s". Not sure if he was kidding me or telling me the truth! All kidding aside Tommy was great neighbor and lived life on his terms . I think we can all appreciate that. Prayers go out to his family and friends.

I am so sorry to hear of Tommy´s passing. I have many childhood memories of playing with Tommy and Linda, especially in the garage! Tommy chipped a tooth chasing me one day in the garage while playing! I never forgot the guilt I felt! Sending love and sympathy to Linda and family.
